What is Reiki Drumming?
Sound can alter matter!
Drumming has been used since time immemorial, by numerous cultures throughout the world. It can be used ceremoniously, in sacred rituals and special occasions, but Cheyenne uses her drum in every session! The rhythmic drumming, if kept between 180bpm and 220bpm, actually enhances the body's own healing ability and allows the client to relax.

At the beginning of a session, Cheyenne drums into each Chakra, and sends mantras and positive affirmations to promote energetic flow.

Crystals, mineral rocks, and gemstones have been used culturally and spiritually since as early as Ancient Egypt, and before. Each one hold unique properties that can promote healing or sleep, enhance mental acuity and performance, and even counter the effects of anxiety and depression.
The colors of each stone typically associate with the chakra of the same color, and are used with chakra alignment and clearing.
